From celebrations of pure acceleration, to old-school classic car festivals, to in-your-face monster truck extravaganzas, every motorhead can be catered for.

Featuring iconic locations such as the London Stadium to Silverstone, we give you our highlights for a super-sized summer of speed.

Goodwood Festival of Speed

A firm fixture in motorsport tradition, the Goodwood Festival of Speed ​​is one of the biggest events on the British motoring calendar and a celebration of the world’s most important cars and automotive culture.

Held in West Sussex at the immaculate grounds surrounding Goodwood House, which also happens to be home to the iconic Goodwood circuit, this annual automotive event sees some of the fastest cars take to the famous Hillclimb.

Elsewhere, the cars on display range from supercars and vintage vehicles to EVs and futuristic concepts.

With the year’s theme celebrating innovation in motorsport – from disc brakes to turbocharging – this is one motoring extravaganza that’s a must visit for car geeks.

Rev your engines. The high-octane Monster Jam experience is pure full-throttle fun and has thrill-seekers and adrenaline junkies written all over it.

Visitors get to sit in the London Stadium with their jaws on the floor as a collection of hand-painted, heavy-duty 1,500 horsepower mega-wheel trucks do 70mph around the venue, pulling off high-flying stunts and crazy gravity-defying tricks.

Pushing speed and skill to the limit, these great hunks of metal will also be racing head-to-head on dirt tracks, doing backflips and crushing cars. There’s plenty to keep you entertained.

The Classic

Looking for something to do over the August bank holiday weekend? The Classic festival’s homage to historic racing cars at Silverstone is a great way to spend it.

A fantastic fusion of adrenaline-inducing motorsport dating back from
pre-war all the way through to the present day, the Classic gives visitors plenty to salivate over – as will its celebration of Formula One past and present, ranging from Aston Martin F1 Racing to McLaren, alongside the world exclusive collection of Lewis Hamilton’s seven title-winning F1 cars.

Throw in live music and a program packed with entertainment, and you’re looking at a fun three days.
